How do I know if my item is in stock?

Each of the items will show you the availability. You most often will see 2-3 days as the usual ship date. This indicates that we maintain inventory of this item and once your order is place we will process the order and prepare it for shipment. Some items will be marked as 1-2 weeks estimated availability. This indicates the item is not currently a regularly stocked item, but is available and we will order it once you place your order. Some items are marked “out of stock” this means we are in the process of re-stocking. They are usually not orderable.

How long does it take to ship my item?

We strive to get the order processed within 48 hours and into the Warehouse hands. Depending on the type of shipping service you choose, this will determine the in-transit time. We currently offer USPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Ground is stated by the USPS as 3-5 days delivery and Priority as 2-3 days delivery.

What delivery service do you use?

We use USPS (United States Parcel Service – or also know as your friendly Post Man or Woman), not UPS.

Why is an item not orderable?

These items are regular stocked items, that we are in the process of re-ordering. Most items are re-stocked within 2 weeks. However, because of design changes, or a delay in receipt from our manufacturer – we do not want anyone disappointed and make the item “un-orderable”. Check back or drop us an email we will let you know when we expect it in.

Why do you use USPS and not UPS?

We use USPS, so your order is delivered direct to your door. USPS ships to every location in the USA. UPS will/cannot ship to PO Boxes. Also, shipping is a sensitive online subject. We truly wish we could offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders, however the cost is big for internet retailers. Shipping carriers are raising their prices for fuel etc… For the majority of our products USPS beats UPS in terms of service and cost. We would have to raise our prices to switch to UPS and we will not do that.

How do I know when my item shipped?

You will receive notification of our receipt of your order and you will receive tracking information via email once your item ships.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns, returns must be sent to PO Box 593, Tonawanda NY 14150. Attach a copy of your invoice. If the item is in the condition it left you will receive full product cost reimbursement. If the packaging is damaged or item is not as it was when it left, a $5.00 minimum restocking fee could be assessed. We do not reimburse shipping costs.

Do you ship internationally?

International Orders - We process and ship to Canada via normal business processing. For all other countries the buyer must provide a FedEx or UPS account number that we can process the shipment against. In the comments section of checkout type the account number that is valid for US shippers to use. We use the United States Postal Service for Canadian shipments and they do not provide tracking information. Canadian shipments are the responsibility of the customer once we ship. We will provide a customs number and proof of postage paid.
